An exciting opportunity for a Project Lead to join a rapidly growing startup company working towards Vision 2030. We're focused on finding people who can be the foundation of our client’s company’s growth.
Reporting to the CEO, you will manage a team and clients to ensure projects are completed successfully, on time and on budget. You'll also play a pivotal role in reinforcing the company culture, inspiring team members to do great work, resolve conflicts when necessary and continuously improve upon our processes.
• Understand the needs of the clients and the needs of the business.
• Effectively and efficiently manage the entire scope of a project from conception to launch.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes.
• Develop the project plan required to ensure on time and quality product execution.
• Manage project activities for multiple projects across all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
• Create, manage and track project vehicles, including, but not limited to: Project schedules, Detailed project plans, Project scope statements, Cost estimates, Resource plans, Risk and issues logs and Status reports.
• Meticulously manage project scope to ensure actions and commitments are achieved within agreed upon time, cost, and quality parameters.
• Publish weekly project status reports.
• Lead weekly team meetings to review plan execution.
• Propose recommendations and adjustments to project delivery and related solutions throughout the life of the initiative.
• Make recommendations to management about schedules, prioritization and resource allocation with input from team members.
• Manage resource planning and organizational capacity planning.
• Coach and train project team members on agile processes and best practices.
