- Collect daily document of company’s patient from OPD and pharmacy. 5.2. Review the documents: copy of insurance card, ID card, claim form … etc. and make sure of its validity. 5.3. Prepare and print out the claim for each company’s patient.
- Prepare and arrange the required documents for each patient as instructed by the medical coordinator.
- Prepare and present periodic reports as requested by companies’ medical coordinator.
