We are looking for a skilled HR Officer who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Providing overall support to the Human Resources function.

• Heavily involved in the following day to day HR Operations activities, HR administration, data entry, systems update, filing, etc.

• Assisting Human Resources team in developing, implementing policies.

• Performing administrative and procedural duties as required for effective operation of the Human Resources department.

• Ensuring the maintenance of accurate and up to date employees’ records.

• Assist in HR/Admin tasks, preparing & collecting requirements, documentation, and follow-up in accordance with Policy and law

• On-boarding (Recruitment-Selection-Hiring), Training, Performance Evaluation, and Off-boarding
