 Technology Services
o Established technological authority in ICT, IS, Digital and Data services
o Maintain current knowledge of technology landscape and developments and drive technology transformation initiatives in ICT, IS, Digital and Data services
o Ability to drive decisions for centralization or decentralization of technology platforms and create viable plans for each
o Establish solid information security strategy and drive its technical execution specially with emerging could, IoT and other services
o Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics
o Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation and creativity
o Spearhead IT projects to increase market reach
o Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture across all domains and disciplines.

 Digital Transformation Services
o Develop a solid Digital Transformation strategy for the group with clear strategic articulation and execution master plan including initiatives, programs and services with focus on services innovation and improvement
o Accountable for Digital Services programs establishment and execution to ensure programs achievement of strategic objectives via active monitoring and reporting on budgets and performance relevant to strategic initiatives, programs and partnerships.
o Effective relationship management with program sponsor, internal stakeholders (BUs and Corporate) and external strategic partners for execution of digital services transformation including new emerging digital technology trends like Mobility, Social Channels, Cloud Services, Social Business Robotics, Natural Interfaces, 3D Printing, Internet-of-Things, Cognitive Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Next Generation Security, Virtual Realities and other future emerging technology trends.

 Data Services
o Thorough understanding of the business and data strategy.
o Designing and implementing data strategies and systems.
o Lead, motivate and manage information systems and data teams.
o Overseeing the collection, storage, management, quality and protection of data.
o Implementing data privacy policies and complying with data protection regulations.
o Determine where to cut costs and increase revenue based on insights derived from data.
o Effectively communicate the status, value, and importance of data collection to executive members and staff.
o Knowledge of relevant applications, big data, BI data warehouses solutions and tools.

 Information Systems (IS) Business Applications Services
o Effective management of IS Applications Team to support mission critical IS applications achieving strategic goals and meeting or exceeding perforce expectations.
o Effective management of IS suppliers and vendors of application software to provide best value and outcomes.
o Continuous review of IS business applications development and support processes and continuous efficiency improvements within IS Business Applications team
o Effective IS business applications staff competencies development
o Accurate performance reporting including achievements and KPIs

 IT Infrastructure Services
o Aligning IT infrastructure management with Digital and Data Transformation Strategy while leveraging new technology trends like Cloud Services, Mobility, Social Media, Access and Rights Management, Cyber-Security and other emerging infrastructure services technology trends.
o Effective design, implementation, maintenance, and retirement of systems and personnel within infrastructure services (network / internet, e-mail, collaboration, security, identity access management and others) to enable the delivery of reliable customer-facing IT and digital services.
o Datacenters, network and storage services supporting efficient IT and digital services provisioning.
o Establish infrastructure management Standards and Procedures to effectively mitigate IT infrastructure complexities including IT Service and Security Management.
o Accountable for disaster recovery, business continuity, and system security.
o Accounting for continuous monitoring of SLAs and accurate reporting of health of IT Infrastructure Services in support of IT and digital services execution.
