Role Purpose

The Marketing Officer will be responsible to create and implement all marketing activities and projects related to SARA in KSA. The Officer will support the Marketing Manager by respecting the brand guidelines and department policies to ensure that all corporate communication is well respected internally and externally.

Key Accountabilities

• Help plan and implement social media campaigns for specific KSA marketing goals.
• 
  
• Document and report social media marketing campaigns.
• 
  
• Monitor social media platforms and other online forums, blogs, etc.
• 
  
• Support the overall coordination and administration of digital corporate strategy.
• 
  
• Propose creative ideas that raise brand awareness & generate sales in KSA.
• 
  
• Actively seek out new media and PR opportunities.
• 
  
• Foster good relationships with all media publications and editors in KSA (print, digital, bloggers, and influencers).
• 
  
• Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
• 
  
• Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
• 
  
• Keep up-to-date with best practices in the industry as a whole.
• 
  
• Overlook the execution, production and installation of all corporate items (stationary, collaterals, promotional items, cars branding…) in all offices and showrooms in line with our brand guidelines.
• 
  
• Develop a solid suppliers list to work with for printing, production, photography etc
• 
  
• Support with events management and on the ground execution.
• 
  
• Prepare graphics and content material when needed for CPG and BMG.
• 
  
• Propose marketing opportunities that will drive footfall to showrooms to increase sales.
• 
  
• Provide support to all SARA, Villeroy & Boch and Roomours boutiques in KSA.
• 
  
• Develop uniforms for selected sales employees and helpers.
• 
  
• Update the retail calendar with important dates and festivities.
• 
  
• Close follow up with all merchandising procedures.
•

• Ongoing communication with Marketing Manager and team members.
• 
  
• Main external contacts are agencies and suppliers
•
