• Defining performance improving tools that would assist the organization to achieve its objective.
• Assisting in implementing the documented system and monitoring its implementation effectiveness.
• Training selected team within the organization to conduct quality audit the organization as per the requirements of the QMS standards.
• Providing practical assistance to those engaged in conducting assurance engagements and related services in compliance with the relevant government law and organization standards so as to enhance the quality of such engagements.
• Facilitating quality and compliance Audit with training materials and modules, audit tools and practice aids, etc.
