My client is a dynamic and young investment group based in Jeddah.

Their portfolio includes F&B and marketing and advertising services with a vision to further expand. They are searching for a smart and switched on professional with a good business acumen to join their team. Suitable for an accounting graduate in the early phases of career to join the team with a view to grow with the business and commit long term to the role.

Responsibilities
• Developing Chart of Accounts
• Developing systematic financial processes and system
• Developing Budgets/Targets
• Managing Cashflow
• Generating Daily, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual sales reports
• Quarterly management of GAZAT
• Managing all deposits and transactions with the bank
• Managing all restaurant related petty cash expenses, receipts, and reimbursements.
• Bank reconciliation of all transactions
• Head office petty cash handling and processing reimbursement.
• Payment voucher and cheque preparation for all inventory suppliers
• Preparing all Purchase Orders to Vendors and negotiating best payment terms in order to maximize cash flow.
• Managing all payments including rent, utilities & other standard payments as per credit terms.
• Key supplier account reconciliation.
• Monthly payroll preparation and payment
• Logging all staff attendance
• Inventory logging
• Assets logging and management of depreciations
• Maintenance of asset registration & updating.
• Yearend finalization/audit and settlement of ZAKAT
• Interact with internal and external auditors in compiling audits.
• Prepare financial status reports and studies as needed, provide supervisors with historical information, accurate financial reports as requested.
• Other duties assigned from time to time based on requirement by Management
