Comp & Ben:
- Control grading system, Compensation and benefit structure that will assure all BCR employees are paid competitively and aligned to company strategy and business goals.
- Manage and update company pay scale as per market practice and company direction in order to invest in the segments of workforce that contribute the most value.
- Administrating C&B Policy and procedures with alignment of Company internal policy.
- Administrating and controlling Employees data in the P & O system and maintain the quality of the data record.
- Overall Payroll system control, as a super user.
Administration:
- Renewals of work & residence permits of employees.
- Supervise company vehicles registration with government relation team.
- Follow up for contracted employees thru 3rd parties.
- Assure file updates / leave records and travel assistance to all employees.
- coordinate new Medical Insurance & related transactions to it.
- Preparation of financial statements for ticketing & immigration expenses.
- Assurance of Preparation of documents/ ticket/ hotels for BCR new joiners or work related visitors countries.
- Finalization of monthly attendance summary for salary preparation.
