\[Job Purpose

-The main purpose of the Expeditor’s job is to follow up purchase orders and the material requirements and assist the whole supply and logistics team. ( To replace the Expeditor I if require and time to time assist him)

\[Accountabilities

-To influences on time Delivery, Cash Flow Cycle.
-To look at the requirement levels in the business and fulfill the demands by either rescheduling in or rescheduling out the delivery date on the Purchase Order or material.
-Arrange collection of materials / bring the materials to factory (when possible).
-Follow-ups on orders placed to suppliers for all material/services.
-Log the purchased items on daily basis and inform -Purchasing Supervisor to review and update open purchase order items in AX.
-Follow up with suppliers to return the rejected materials/services by QC unit.
-Performs miscellaneous tasks as assigned by his/her direct manager
