The Assistant Compound Manager will ensure a prompt, courteous and professional response to any calls made to or placed with the management office by residents, visitors, suppliers and/or providers of goods & services or by staff members.
She will maintain a discreet and respectful relationship with residents and staff members while personally monitoring and supervising on-site behavior and performance of staff members.
She will immediately report to the Compound Manager any breach to recognized safety and security protocols or of any irregularities to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and resolves outstanding issues on property.
she will supervise at the compound level the administration of Human Resources procedures or Personnel-related policies including but not limited to emergency leave requests, vacation and travel entitlements, conduct orientation sessions with newly arrived staff members, coordinate transportation schedules and schedules for both residents and staff members, and process exit or termination formalities with departing employees.
She will ensure that end-of-lease formalities are completed in a timely manner with departing residents and that incoming residents are allocated clean and functional residential units.
She will be an active contributor to the ongoing development of a caring, responsive, service-focused and pro-active work environment where the goal is to deliver outstanding service.
