TIME
- Responsible for following up/implementing the construction schedule with the Subcontractor(s) and achieve the agreed target dates.
SAFETY
- Responsible for a safe execution of the Facade Works in compliance with the HSE Plan.
QUALITY
- Responsible for checking the Quality of work in relation to the installed Façade Works.
INFORMATION
- Demonstrate the capability to be aware of all technical documentation involved with the Facade Works.
- Report to the Team Leader as per the Consortium requirements related to all Facade Works.
ORGANIZATION
- Coordinate the Façade Installation Works with other Departments (Civil, Fitout & MEP) within the consortium,
in order to achieve the earliest as possible Hand Over to the Client.
- Performing his works / tasks under limited supervision with some autonomy.
