 Subscribe and cooperate with the Head of Legal to Set the Registration Plan.
 Draft, Revise, Amend all contracts related to Mortgage Law.
 Drafting Defense Memorandum As well As Attending Important Hearings.
 Dealing with the clients and solve their legal problems
 Guiding the legal officer to authenticate EGM & AGM & Board meetings from GAFI.
 Preparing Dubai & CBE Reports.
 Revise The Legal Reports Submitted by the legal officers
