• Manage the wet utility team (10: 20 engineers, Cad operators & Designers)
• Assign the resources to the projects
• Review technical submittals (Storm, Sewer, Potable, FF & Irrigation networks)
• Attend technical meetings with clients such as RC, SABIC & Others
• Responsible for progress, technical and quality of his team deliverables.
• Provide training / Orientation / Support for all engineers reporting to him.

• Deliver the tasks within the time schedule
• Deliver the tasks within the budgeted man-hours
• Deliver the tasks within quality expectations
